Lunch and Awards
11:30am 'til 1:30pm
 
Awards will be given out “Graduation Style”. We will go in alphabetical order and call up riders. You will receive all your awards for each series when you are called up. We will also have an area set up for taking photo's.
 
We will be serving lunch starting at 11:30 am running to 12:30 pm. We will have prepackaged meals with your choice of BBQ pulled pork or BBQ pulled chicken sandwich, sides and a drink for everyone. (we will also have a “kids” meal with a hot dog for anyone who would prefer that option)
 
At Noon we will start the awards. We anticipate this will take roughly between 60-90 minutes.

Open Riding
 
RSVP – As we are making pre-packaged meals and giving awards in alphabetical order we NEED RSVP'S!! We want to make sure to have enough meals for everyone, but we also don't want to have to eat pork until Spring.
We need RSVP's by Monday, OCTOBER 19 at 8:00am.
 
Send RSVP Info to – [email protected] or call 574-893-1649 between 7:30am and 3:00pm. You can start RSVP'ing anytime!
 
2:00pm to 6:00pm Open Ride - Hangtime MX Park
This open ride is open to EVERYONE. You do not need to be an awards recipient to attend! Standard open ride fees apply to anyone who is not an RSVP'd Award Recipient or guest.
 

So, here is the info we need.

1.

Rider(s) Name(s)

2. How many people will be attending the lunch/awards ceremony with the rider.
  * Riders may RSVP to bring their FAMILY (wife/girlfriend, mom, dad, grandparents) with them at no charge for the day!
  ** You may NOT RSVP for another Racer/family for them to avoid paying a gate fee for the open ride later in the day.
  *** If you have questions about who can come with you for no charge feel free to contact us.
3. The names of the people attending with the rider and relationship to rider (ex: Mom, dad, grandma, etc.).
 
TICKETS – You will receive tickets at the gate. When you come into the front gate the day of the Awards Celebration, everyone in the vehicle will exit the car, sign the release, and come to the table just like we do now. The girls at the gate will have a list of everyone who has RSVP'd and have tickets and armbands for them already set aside in envelopes.
 
When we start serving lunch TAKE YOUR TICKETS WITH YOU TO THE CONCESSION STAND to receive your meal !
 
Bring your lawn chair to the concession area to watch the awards ceremony! Practice Social Distancing and separate your group from other groups.
 
As part of your award anyone who receives an award in the Summer Series, Motocross State Race Series, Grand Prix State Race Series or the Buff Daddy Championship will get to ride for FREE at the Open ride from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING AN AWARD you can still ride by paying the standard open practice entry fee.

1.

I have 2 riders. One of them receive an award, one does not. Can the rider who is not receiving an award still ride. Answer: Yes, if they pay the standard riding fee for the day.

2. Who has to pay a spectator fee during the open ride? Answer: Anyone who is attending the event that is NOT an RSVP'd family member of an award recipient will pay a the $5 open ride gate fee.
3.

I am not receiving an award, but I am coming to the 2 pm to 6 pm open ride to ride. If I am riding will I pay the spectator fee and my fee to practice? Answer: No. It will work as a normal open ride. Riders who are not receiving an award but are coming to the open ride, will pay the standard open riding fee.

4. Will the grand prix trail and 50 track be open? Answer: Yes, but not until the open ride begins at 2:00pm! Absolutely no riding on the 50 track or trails prior to 2:00pm!
5. I am not receiving an award, but will be attending the Open ride. Can I RSVP for the lunch and come early? Answer: Yes. If you are planning on riding at the open ride, but are not receiving an award, but would like to attend the celebration you may RSVP. We will have your tickets at the front gate and you will pay your riding/spectator fee at that time.
6. Can we camp? Answer: Yes, you can camp! No riding on Sunday.
7. Can I watch the award ceremony from my golf cart? Answer: No. Pit vehicles will not be permitted past the building. The area in front the concession stand will be a pedestrian area only so we can spread out and no one has to worry about being ran over! We will have the area caution taped off. You can use your golf cart to bring your chairs down, but it will have to stay parked in the drive area around Kiddie land.
8. Can I pit in the lower pit area? Answer: No. Not until the awards ceremony is over. This is becasue the drive will be blocked from the building on during and before the awards ceremony, the lower pits will be closed until AFTER the awards ceremony is over.
